Adding a specialization
A specialization indicates that one concept derives from—or is subordinate to—another concept. Commonly in a knowledge graph, the notions of a parent-child relationship are best represented as a specialization.
One way to add a specialization is to click the Specialization tool in the toolbox.

Next, mouse over to the child concept and click on it.

Move the mouse gently away from the child concept to see the tail of an arrow attached to the child concept.

Finally, mouse over to the parent concept and click to release. The specialization is now established between the child and parent concepts.
