Sharing a document with a new user

You may share a document with a person who does not have a Grafo account. When you send an invitation to a person, the email message will be an invitation to create a Grafo account. The recipient must create a Grafo account through the link in the email to gain access to your document.


If the user tries to navigate directly to the Sign Up page to create an account, s/he will receive an error that the account already exists.

If the original email is misplaced, the person can enter the email address on the Grafo sign in page and click the Forgot Password link. After the user clicks OK in the Create Account popup window, the Sign Up page will appear. The user can create an account with the same email address.

Once a user verifies the new account, s/he can view the shared document.
